At Bellissimo Hats, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your hat doesn't fit or suit your style perfectly, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the hat in its original protective box to prevent crushing during transit, ensuring all tags and liners remain attached.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number; once received at our studio, we will process your refund or replacement within 5 business days.
