We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn hats in their original packaging. Please ensure the inner sweatband remains clean and all tags are attached to qualify for a full refund.
How should I clean and maintain my felt or straw hat?
Felt hats should be brushed counter-clockwise with a soft-bristle brush. For straw hats, a damp cloth is sufficient. Always store your hats upside down on their crown or on a dedicated hat rack to preserve the brim's shape.

Can I reshape my hat if it gets crushed during travel?
Many of our felt styles can be reshaped using light steam from a kettle or professional steamer. Gently manipulate the felt back into place while warm and let it cool completely before wearing.
